order requested from you, you may consider it as an order confirmed. We may exercise this

right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any Products or

licence to use, create derivative works from, modify, publish, edit, translate, perform and

display (publicly or otherwise) any content that you make available in any media or medium,

and in any form, format or forum. Scikraft is free to use any ideas for any purpose, may

sublicense its rights in content and ideas through multiple tiers of sublicenses and is under

no obligation to pay any compensation for any content or idea submitted to us.

You agree that your content will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright,

trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that

your content will not contain libellous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material,

or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation

of the Service or any related website. We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review

any user content, investigate, and/or take appropriate action against you in our sole

discretion if you violate provisions of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise create

Unacceptable behaviours by the users will not be tolerated, which include spamming, using

bots, or posting inappropriate/ defamatory content. This Terms and Conditions document

allow us to take action against site abusers by banning them or terminating their accounts.

Such content will be immediately deleted to avoid any damage to other users.

You are solely responsible for your content and assume all risks associated with the use of

your content. You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than

by implication or otherwise any licence or right to use any Trademarks displayed on this

website. You are not permitted to use these Marks without our prior written consent or the

Terms & Conditions for Guest Access

By registering or continuing as a Guest User, you agree to use this application only for lawful,

educational, and non-commercial purposes. Guest access is provided on a temporary basis

and may offer limited features compared to a full account.

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the

functioning of the system, copy or distribute content without permission, or engage in any

activity that violates our platform policies.

All content, quizzes, materials, and features available in the app remain the intellectual

property of the company. Guest access may be modified, restricted, or withdrawn at any

time without prior notice.

Product Disclaimer

WARNING:

ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT DESIGNED, MANUFACTURED OR INTENDED

FOR USE BY CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF TEN (10) AND MAY CONTAIN SMALL PARTS. IN

ADDITION TO ALL OTHER LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS IN THIS AGREEMENT, SCIKRAFT

SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, FOR ANY

CLAIMS, LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSS OR COSTS ARISING FROM SUCH USE.

The Product contains chemicals that may be harmful if misused.

Read the Safety Manual carefully before starting to use the Product. Children can choke or

suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard

broken balloons at once.

Not to be used by children except under adult supervision. The Product needs batteries to

operate. Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or

rechargeable batteries.

You must follow the following rules when using our Product:

● Read the instructions and safety manual before use, follow them and reference them

when required or in doubt.

● Keep young children, animals, and those not following safety instructions away from

the experimental area.

● Ensure that all used containers are cleaned, properly closed and stored, and any

empty containers are disposed of properly.

● Wash hands after carrying out experiments, and do not eat or drink in the

experimental area. It is Recommended not to use any item not supplied with the

product or not instructed.

● For any nausea conditions or sensitivity to any smell or any other health ailments or if

chemicals or small parts are swallowed or inhaled by the child, seek immediate

medical attention

Shipping

Product will be shipped in the best available means according to the estimated delivery date

provided by Scikraft. For bulk orders, we reserve the right to deliver in instalments or as and

when the stock is replenished. Scikraft will send you an email when your order will be/ has

shipped. You may review your order and shipping information on your Account.

Cancellation policy

Products once legitimately purchased, cannot be cancelled.

Return and Replacement Policy

Unless the Product is genuinely purchased through a valid invoice from Scikraft website or

from one of our authorised channels, Scikraft will not accept returns or replacements. You

must inspect the Product delivered to you on the day of receipt and notify us within 3

days of any defects/ damages.

We will replace the defective Product if notified of any damage or defects within the

stipulated time. All returned Products must be unused and returned in accordance with the

instructions received from contacting our customer service. Scikraft holds the final decision

with respect to returns and replacements while there is no scope for arbitration.

Exchanges

We do not accept any Product exchanges.

Promotions

Please read the official rules that accompany each special offer, coupon, discount, contest

that we may offer or conduct from time to time. Special offers, coupons, or discounts

cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Limit is one promotion per order. Scikraft

holds the right to launch, cancel, withhold or suspend promotions or any offers at any time

without any prior information to the customers and there is no legal binding attached.

Pricing and Payment terms

The price for each Product and Service is shown on the website. You agree to pay the price

applicable for the Product and Service at time of placing the order including any applicable

Taxes. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account

information for all purchases made at our store.

Prices for our Products are subject to change without notice. Scikraft may release offers and

promotions from time to time and will not apply to those orders already placed and/or

processed.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content

thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for

any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. The order will

be confirmed only upon successful confirmation of the payment for the order value.

profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages,

whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising

from your use of any of the Service or any Products procured using the Service, or for any

other claim related in any way to your use of the Service or any Product, including, but not

limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any data loss or damage of any kind

incurred as a result of the use of the Service or any content (or Product) posted,

transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service, even if advised of their possibility.

Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for

consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be

limited to the maximum extent permitted by law or may not apply to you.

Indemnify

You will hereby release, forever discharge us and agree to indemnify, defend and hold

Scikraft harmless and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, Scikraft staff, agents,

contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, and suppliers harmless from any

claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or

arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by

reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

You hereby waive and relinquish, each and every past, present and future dispute, claim,

controversy, demand, right, obligation, liability, action and cause of action of every kind and

nature (including personal injuries, death, and property damage), that has arisen or arises

directly or indirectly out of, or relates directly or indirectly to, any interactions with, or act or

omission of, other website or Service users.

Termination

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall

survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms and Conditions

become effective when you start using the website and Services and stay valid unless and

until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms and Conditions at any

Product or Service provided by Scikraft that cannot be resolved informally or in small claims

court shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis and Not on a group basis

and claims of more than one user or customer cannot be arbitrated jointly or consolidated

with those of any other customer or user. This applies to you and Scikraft, and to any

subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, staff, predecessors in interest, successors, and assigns, as well

as all authorised or unauthorised users or beneficiaries of Services or goods provided under

the Terms.

In the event that this subparagraph is deemed invalid or unenforceable neither you nor we

are entitled to arbitration and instead claims and disputes shall be resolved in a court

located in Bangalore.

No part of the procedures shall be open to the public or the media. All evidence discovered

or submitted at the hearing is confidential and may not be disclosed, except by written

agreement of the parties, pursuant to court order or unless required by law. This Paragraph

shall not prevent a party from submitting to a court of law any information necessary to

enforce arbitration, to enforce an arbitration award, or to seek injunctive or equitable relief.

Severability

In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be unlawful,

void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent

permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed

from these Terms and Conditions, such determination shall not affect the validity and

enforceability of any other remaining provisions but shall continue in full force and effect.
